Healing Church Hurt Through Church

I’m genuinely excited to share that an article with which I’ve done a good bit of wrestling for the past several months is finally available to read thanks to Missio Alliance. Missio Alliance exists to offer a broad theological fellowship and context in which to “engage in dialogue and work around the most pressing theological and cultural challenges facing the North American Church in mission amid its rapidly shifting cultural context.”

In this two part article, I share my journey of finding healing from church hurt and betrayal through having a redemptive experience of church. As the Body of Christ, many of you reading this have been a significant part of that journey. Thank you. This article is for you and for all who hold hope for the Church, despite its imperfections.
